1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes most certainly! There are terms and conditions regarding traveling for wedding photography. I do travel for other photography as well but terms and conditions do apply to these as well. If you have any questions about traveling for wedding photography please contact me.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes I do! When it comes to planning and ideas regarding any photoshoot, I try my best to help clients have a successful and memorable day. With engagements it can be stressful, therefore I have partnered with an amazing setup team specifically designed to do engagements. More information about this is available on our social media.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

When it comes to a scheduled time, I try my best to be extra punctual or earlier, I expect the same from my clients as I run a schedule and if one delays, I run behind in my day. Therefore cancellation has to be done at least 5 days prior to photoshoot. When cancellation occurs 7 days prior to photoshoot, your deposited will automatically be non-refundable. When rescheduling a photoshoot, clients have to do so 7 days prior to photoshoot to avoid any inconvenience.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes I do! All of these are available. Digital images will always be sent to after a photoshoot session. Print outs, albums, phonebooks and canvases are available at an additional cost.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I have a range of videographers available to choose from should you consider including a video package to any photoshoot.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes please! I am always happy to learn and try new poses and shots from my clients. This helps me improve my brand and become better by listening to what clients want too.

7. Can we meet before the session?

I do a consultation before every session just to prepare the client mentally on what to expect and what to do before the session. This is optional but I reach out wether you are just doing a normal photoshoot or you are planning a major event.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

I usually allow a period of 2 weeks for editing and delivery of pictures, but sometimes delivery of images can take longer if there is a backlog or any other factors influencing the work.
